We are excited to welcome you to IDM Conference 2024, which will be held in person only at Millennium Hilton Bangkok, Thailand, from November 6-8, 2024. To ensure a smooth registration process, please take note of the following important information:
1. Separate Registration Portals:
• Pre-conference Workshop (November 5, 2024): To register for the Pre-conference Workshop, please visit the dedicated portal: Workshop Registration Portal.
• Main Conference (November 6-8, 2024): To register for the Main Conference, please visit the main portal: Main Conference Registration Portal.
2. Account Creation Required:
Before proceeding with your registration, you are required to create a user account. Please sign up on each portal separately to complete your registration for the Pre-conference Workshop and the Main Conference.

For example, the registration fee for participants from government/academic/charities in high-income or upper-middle-income countries should apply to participants who work in The University of Hong Kong, regardless of their countries of origin.
Important note:
- No payment of the registration fee is required at this stage. We will confirm your registration by email in August and only process the payment of registration fee after confirmation of registration.
- The registration fee is determined by the country or region where the reported affiliation is located. For example, the registration fee for participants from government/academic/charities in high-income or upper-middle-income countries should apply to participants who work in The University of Hong Kong, regardless of their countries of origin. - To register as a student participant, you must be enrolled as a full-time student (applicable for all countries/territories). Proof of affiliation, such as a copy of the student ID card, will be requested upon registration.
- IDM 2024 Conference is open for participations from all sectors, both non-profit and for-profit organizations.
