1. Visa for Thailand

2. Registration of the Organizing Company
The conference is organized by The Hong Kong Jocky Club Global Health Institute (HKJCGHI), The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and Health Intervention and Technology Assessment Program (HITAP), Thailand. 3. ID of the Conference Organizer
The conference is organized by The Hong Kong Jocky Club Global Health Institute (HKJCGHI), The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and Health Intervention and Technology Assessment Program (HITAP), Thailand. However, we are unable to provide specific ID information due to personal data protection regulations under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act 2022. Furthermore, the attached document may be requesting the ID of an invitee, which could refer to you as a conference attendee.

The registration is open until 30 September 2024 and the payment can be proceeded within 30 September 2024
